Re 5. I remember from one of the episodes "you don't have to be a runner to start running". It really stuck in my mind. Often the hardest moment is the start - instead I get into overthinking, planning, setting scenarios etc., and here all I have to do is (or as much as) take the first step. I'd love to hear your perspective on this.
