Just wrapped up 21 days and it has certainly made me much more aware of when I get knocked off center. Reflecting on the whole 21 days there are interesting patterns to work on. Great exercise!

I am in the same boat as Ben, I enjoyed the exercise.

I found it hilarious that when I was triggered, after a few minutes, I was happy enough to find that this was something to work on and to investigate where it came from.

Upon reflection, I found that 80% of them were due to poor sleep the night before and or I was just hungry 😂 if I'm honest I plan to continue this to build resilience. Thanks for the prompts!

I am new to Journaling so this is a scary thing for me. It's a super good way to get thoughts and feelings out. It doesn't always have to make sense, just get it out, then I like your suggestion to figure out action ae ways to deal with these things as they come up I. The future. Thanks!!😁
